Peinado gives Begoña Gómez five days To prove that he had only gone to London for his daughter's graduation
The judge asks him to verify that he only made the authorized displacement and warns that if he fails to do so, there could be a crime of breach of precautionary measures.

Judge Juan Carlos Peinado has given Begoña Gómez, the wife of Pedro Sánchez, five days to provethat she only used her passport to go to London for her daughter's graduation.
In an order, Peinado warns that if he fails to prove that he made only the authorized journey, or if it is inferred that he has violated the imposed precautionary measures, the facts could constitute a breach of the precautionary measures.
It should be recalled that the judge ordered Gomez to be tried by jury for fouralleged crimes, and on 20 June he withdrew his passport, prohibited him from leaving the State and forced him to appear in court every fortnight on the grounds that there was a risk of escape.
Thus, Judge Antonio Viejo, who represented Peinado, authorized Pedro Sanchez's wife to travel to London from 8 to 10 July to attend her daughter's graduation ceremony.
The court decision may therefore be appealed within three days.
