Reaction of the PNV

The PNV, for its part, has called on the Spanish courts to "move" and implement the Amnesty Act, sponsored by the Court of Justice of the European Union (TJUE), to promote "political normalization in Catalonia".

Aitor Esteban, president of the PNV, said on social media that "political conflicts must be resolved in the field of politics "and that" the judicialization of the procés was a mistake. "

Response from EH Bildu

This confirms what we have been advocating for a long time: political conflicts are not resolved in the courts and through repression, but through dialogue, negotiation and democracy.
