Ibone  Bengoetxea , First Vice-President and Counsellor for Culture and Linguistic Policy of the Basque Government, has requested technical analysis of the possibilities oftransferring the Guernica painting to the Basque Country, in an interview with the "Egun on Euskadi" programme.

Transfers and restructuring of the debt of Tubos Reunidos will be other issues to be addressed. España and the Basque Government will hold the fourth meeting of the bilateral commission today, Friday, in Moncloa.

This service will be launched from May onwards.  Osakidetza's director has stated that the goal is to provide respectful and closer care to transgender people. 

On the occasion of the 90th anniversary of the bombing, after the Basque Government has requested the provisional transfer of the painting to the Basque Country, Reina Sofia will publish in the next few hours a new technical report which, as EITB has been able to confirm, will reject its transfer to the Basque Country.

According to Ikuspegi's latest report, 24.2 per cent of the population admitted to having witnessed some form of discrimination in the last year and 14.6 per cent acknowledged having suffered some form of discrimination, especially when seeking employment or rental housing. The most discriminated groups are gypsies and migrants, according to the survey.

Basque doctors have taken to the streets for the second time this week against the general statute agreed by the Ministry of Health. Medicuas, which calls on the Ministry of Health to have the power to negotiate working conditions. Gutxien services will be established until Friday to claim the rights of doctors. 

Spokeswoman Maria Ubarretxena has agreed to demand a minimum wage of her own, but not the path of confrontation to achieve it.
