Acting French Prime Minister Sebastian Lecornu has terminated his mission and left a message to President Emmanuel Macron to appoint a new prime minister in the next 48 hours and not to bring forward the legislative elections, considering that there is room for agreement.
Macron gives Lecornu two days to form a government
The French president has explained that the new prime minister will have until Wednesday to negotiate "an action platform."
