The decision was taken by the workers in two assemblies held this afternoon, one convened by the LAB and ESK unions and the other by ELA, and in both cases the workers supported the pre-agreement by a majority, with a total of 46 votes in favour and 8 against, an agreement that will be ratified this Wednesday in Preco.
On the one hand, the linear salary increase of EUR 5 000for the period of validity of the agreement (2025-2028) will be around 25%.
In addition, the LAB union has explained in a statement that it has also agreed to reducethe annual working day by 108 hours, to take partial retirement subject to the respite contract, to improve licences and permits and to extend the time of the sandwich.
The trade unions are satisfied with the agreement reached and congratulate the workers on the mobilizations of those months.
