Tubos Reunidos has temporarily closed the 2025 financial year with losses of EUR 71.3 million

Tubos Reunidos hastemporarily closed the 2025 financial year with net losses of €71.3 million and negative ebitda of €22.8 million, the company reported in advance of its annual results.
The turnover reached 365.7 million euros, an increase of 13% from zen 2024. However, the lower average sales price has had a negative impact on profitability. As a result of this development, the group's net financial debt has increased in the last year from 234.3 million euros to 263.2 million euros.
The company has indicated that the data presented are provisional, as the damage caused by the fall in activity in the United States is yet to be quantified, and this adjustment will have a significant impact on the net outcome. No significant changes are expected in the remaining financial indicators.
This Sunday, at 22:00, the workers of Tubos Reunidos in Amurrio have started a 24-hour stoppage. On Monday, the Directorate met with a trade union delegation from both plants, which will report on the specific impact of the announced ERE .
