The Autonomous Communities accuse the Ministry of Health of failing to reach an agreement on the Framework Statute

At the closing of the Spanish Interterritorial Health Council, the Health Adviser, Alberto Martínez, said that "the opportunity to resolve the conflict has been missed" and accused the Minister of Health, Mónica García, of ignoring doctors, trade unions and the autonomous communities.
