A person dies in a fire in an apartment in San Sebastian
One person has died and two others have been taken to hospital as a result of a fire in an apartment in San Sebastián, according to the Basque Government's Department of Security.
The fire took place in a building on Julio Urquijo Street in the capital of Guipuzcoana and, in addition to one death, two people were intoxicated by smoke inhalation and had to be treated in hospital.
Firefighters put out the flames around 6:00 in the morning.
