A 45-year-old man has been arrested on charges of sexual assault for allegedly touching the genitals of an employee of a shop in Vitoria-Gasteiz.
The events took place around 21:15 last Friday, when the Vitoria-Gasteiz Local Police Coordination Centre was alerted that a number of people were fighting in a commercial establishment on Gasteiz Avenue with a man who was aggressive.
As the officers approached the establishment, they saw through the glass that an employee was struggling with a man, and they recognized him, since minutes before they had held the same man "because he was causing trouble."
After separating the two men fighting in the store, talking to those present and seeing images of the video surveillance system, the agents concluded that the suspect had touched the employee's genitals when he was putting the products on the shelves.
For this reason, he was arrested on charges of sexual assault.
