The organizers stress that these changes respond to the social development of the city and to the willingness of many societies to open up participation on an equal footing.
The Tamborrada will depart at midnight on 19 January, as every year, with the raising of the flag in the Plaza de la Constitución, and end 24 hours later, at the pace of the Sarriegui marches.
