A man has been arrested in Pedreña (Cantabria) on charges of killing his partner
The detainee had no complaints from the victim, but had a record of violence with other women.
The Cantabria Civil Guard arrested a 52-year-old man on Sunday in Pedreña for allegedly killing his64-year-old partner.
According to the Government Delegation in Cantabria, yesterday the Civil Guard received a call from the man warning that he had found his partner dead at home.
The autopsy performed today concluded that the death of this woman was a violent incident , so the couple was arrested by the Civil Guard as the alleged perpetrator of the murder.
The detainee had no complaints from the victim, but had a record of violence with other women.
The Spanish Government Delegation in Cantabria has transferred to the Ministry of Equality all the information it has so far collected in connection with this macho murder.
