The judge has shelved the case of Amaya Zabarte for failing to verify the origin of the impact
The head of Examining Court No. 4 of Donostia-San Sebastián, Ana Isabel Pérez Asenjo, has ordered the filing ofthe case Amaya Zabarte, who was injured on March 5, 2024, before a Champions League match in Anoeta.
The resolution is based on the statements of the Ertzaintza, which concludes that it has not been established that the blow to the head was caused by a foam ball, as reported to the private prosecution representing the Novoa family.
