A man has been arrested in San Sebastian for stabbing a roommate in the neck with a knife
The attack took place in a house in Altza, where the alleged aggressor left the house but was located in the vicinity and arrested on charges of attempted murder.
On Sunday in Donostia-San Sebastián, the Ertzaintza arrested a young man accused of attempted murder for stabbing a roommate with a knife to the neck, apparently after an argument, according to the Basque Government's Department of Security.
The events took place around 5 p.m. in a house in the Donostiarra district of Altza.
A 27-year-old was found with a neck wound. He had to be taken by ambulance to Donostia Hospital after being treated by health personnel at the scene.
The alleged assailant had left the house and was found nearby. He's been arrested on charges of attempted murder.
The 26-year-old detainee shall be brought before the court after the completion of the police proceedings.
