The Basque Government has approved an amendment to the regulations implementing the Public Entertainment and Recreational Activities Act, which aims to "correct those aspects that may be improved" by the current regulations and to provide greater security in the processes of revoking the qualifications of admission service personnel .

Changes

It is a test or examination in which the authorization is carried out and registered ex officio. Once the applicant has verified that he or she meets all the requirements, he or she shall be registered and the admission service personnel card issued.

The amendment shall contain an article relating to the validity or validity of the authorization, which has hitherto been indefinite, and shall henceforth be in force for a period of 10 years from the date of entry into force of this Decree for all previously granted authorizations.
