10 complaints of touches on minors and drug addiction on the end-of-year trip to the ikastola Durana
The investigation is being conducted by the Barcelona Civil Guard as judicial police, and the case has been referred to the Barcelona Guard Court, where several minors and witnesses are currently taking evidence of the large number of passengers travelling on the cruise.
Thecase of the Duranako Ikasbidea Ikastola student's end-of-year trip is still under investigation, following an increase in the number of complaints filed.
According to EITB, a total of 10 complaints have been registered, eight of them in the Civil Guard and two in the Ertzaintza.
The allegations filed with the Civil Guard are mainly related to the alleged touches and it will be necessary to check whether the minors were given drugs pending the results of the toxicological tests.
The students involved are between 15 and 16 years old and are in 4th of ESO, according to the same sources.
The investigation is being carried out by the Barcelona Civil Guard as judicial police, which has already referred the case to the Barcelona Guard Court, where officers are currently taking statements from several minors and witnesses about the large number of non-school passengers travelling on the voyage.
The voyage took place on a Costa Cruceros cruise, which began and ended in Barcelona, across the Mediterranean, for four days.
