A 17-year-old is being investigated for his alleged involvement in an attack in Donostia-San Sebastián. For the same incident, a 19-year-old has been arrested for kicking a man and crushing his head while lying on the ground, according to the Basque Department of Security.
The incident occurred at 6.30 a.m. this Sunday in the vicinity of a leisure establishment on the Paseo de la Concha, where a 35-year-old man was injured.
Subsequently, agents of the Ertzaintza have located the two alleged perpetrators, opened an investigation into the minor for an offence of injury and arrested the 19-year-old accused of attempted murder.
The Ertzaintza is continuing investigations to determine the circumstances of this incident.
