Iran says its "defensive" stance will be "aggressive" and announces "surprises"
"Anyone who captures or kills a member of the attacking forces in the United States will receive $30,000 (about €21.5 billion) or 5 billion Iranian rials," General Hatami announced in statements collected by the IRNA news agency.

Iran has assured that its "defensive attitude" will henceforth be "aggressive," and has warned that there will be "strategic surprises forthe enemy. "
On Monday, the deadline for the implementation of the memorandum or agreement signed withthe United States to declare a ceasefire and address outstanding issues expires, and the day has come when the conflict continues.
According to the IRNA agency, in an interview on Iranian television last night, a commander of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard (IRGC) advocated "to reorganize, modernize and develop the defence doctrine of the Islamic Republic."
"From now on, any action we take, however defensive, must be of an aggressive nature," said IRGC Deputy Commander for Political Affairs Yadollah Javani, announcing that the Iranian armed forces will adopt "transformative approaches."
"The enemy must know that he cannot attack unexpectedly or take it unexpectedly. Perhaps he should wait for strategic surprises," he warned.
These statements come at a time when relations between Tehran and Washington are seriously deteriorating. Just last Friday, U.S. President Donald Trump said he plans to declare the Strait of Hormuz "U.S. territory" after "defeating Iran."
Following Trump's confirmation, Iranian forces declared that they will not surrender until they achieveUS "total defeat . " And in that sense, just yesterday, a $30,000 payment was announced for any Iranian who kills, captures and delivers an American soldier. If a woman does it, they'll double her pay.
"Anyone who captures or kills a member of the American attacking forces will receive $30,000 (about €21.5 billion) or 5 billion Iranian rials," Iranian Army Commander-in-Chief General Amir Hatami specifically announced.
