Steven Van Zandt can't help Springsteen at Anoeta's second concert
Doctor Music Boss, the company that has organized concerts in the Basque Country, issued a statement yesterday, on Monday, saying that Van Zandt, Little Steven, was not feeling well and announced that he would not play in San Sebastian.
Van Zandt himself clarified, in a message posted hours later on the X social network, that he had been operated on and that he had suffered acute pain from appendicitis."Luckily, I found a wonderful hospital in San Sebastian. The operation has gone very well, and I'd like to go back to the stage for at least one of the concerts in Milan. Thank you to all of you who have wished me well. We'll meet soon!" says the guitarist.
