Alice Cooper and Social Distortion, the first big names at the Azkena Rock Festival
The 24th edition of the Vitoria-Gasteiz rock and roll festival will also feature Imelda May, Old Crow Medicine Show, Evaristo and Sleaford Mods, among others. The pre-sale for those who have previously attended the festival will begin tomorrow, Wednesday, and the general sale will begin on Tuesday, November 4.
The mythical Alice Cooper will be one of the most intriguing artists
The legendary Alice Cooper and Social Distortion, led by singer and guitarist Mike Ness, are the first big names of the next edition of the Azkena Rock Festival, which will take place on June 18, 19 and 20.
Cooper will return to Vitoria-Gasteiz 17 years after his previous visit, and the Californian band was at ARF in 2022. Both concerts will be the only concerts the groups will perform in the Spanish state in 2026.
In addition to the two main names on the list, Imelda May, Jason Isbell & the 400 Unit, Old Crow Medicine Show, Sleaford Mods, Sugar, The Adicts, Evaristo, Circle Jerks, Corrosion of Conformity, Therapy?, The Damn Truth, The Del Fuegos, Discharge, Split Dogs, Starbenders, Tropical Fuck Storm, Voivod, Rodeo and Nhil.
Imelda May will offer rockerone songs from her list of songs, arrive at the festival thirty years after the dissolution of the Sugar group and Theray will play the album Troublegum starting and ending.
Jason Isbell & The 400 Unit and Old Crow Medicine Show will arrive from Nashville, and punk representatives will be Evaristo, Discharge, Circle Jerks and the historic Adicts and Tropical Fuck Storm.
From Nottingham, the Sleaford Mods will bring their electronic post-punk, and Corrosion of Conformity and Voivod will bring heavy to the stage, some heavy and others fast.
Split Dogs, The Del Fuegos, Starbenders, The Damn Truth and, from Gipuzkoa, Nhil and Rodeo have been announced.
The "fan waiting list" will be opened this Tuesday to purchase the festival's bonds, and this pre-sale will be in effect until next Friday, October 31. In addition, those who have attended any of the previous editions will have an exclusive pre-sale from tomorrow, October 29, at a special price.
Also, the sale of "fanos" will begin on Monday, November 3, at 10:00 a.m., and the general sale will be available from November 4 at the same time onthe festival website.
Children under 23 will be able to buy the Youth Bonus (€100 + expenses) and the Gang Bonus will also be available: six bonds at the price of five bonds.
As in previous editions, children under the age of 14 will be allowed free access.
