Pianist Moses P Sanchez opens jazz season in Getxo
This Wednesday, the 49th edition of Getxo Jazz and, in Ordizia, the Goierri Jazz Festival will begin.
On July 1, the jazz festival season begins in the Basque Country; the 49th edition of the Getxo Jazz will feature Moses P. Sanchez, Camille Thurman & The Darrell Green Quartt, Charles Lloyd, "sketches of Latin Miles" and Immanuel Wilkins.
In Ordizia, Esencia Ternaria, Nhil, Lea Maria Fries, Zirriborro, Hip Horns Brass Collective and the Luxemburg trumpet player Daniel Miglosi (July 4, 23:00) will perform from today until the 4th.

To the paid concerts in Getxo, in Muxikebarri, will be added the performances of the young groups of the Collective Competition and the free street programming in the square Estación de Algorta and in the urban environment of Las Arenas, where, for example, you can enjoy the proposals of Basque musicians Borja Barrueta (July 5, 19:00) and Iosu Izaguirre (July 4, 19:00) or Jazz For Children (July 5, 13:00).
