Osasun Ituna ixteko “presarik ez izatea” eta “benetako eztabaida egitea” eskatu du EH Bilduk

Alderdiaren helburua "osasun sistema publikoa indartzea” dela esan du, “zerbitzua bitarteko publiko eta propioen bidez emateari lehentasuna emanez, eta egiturazko zerbitzu kritikoak eraginkortasunaren, ekitatearen eta kalitatearen printzipioen pean berriz ere jarriz".
Horretarako, bost jarduera-ildo proposatzen ditu alderdiak zuzenketa horretan:
- "Herri Kontuen Euskal Epaitegiaren laguntzarekin, zerbitzuen prestazioaren inbentarioa egitea sei hilabeteko epean; kontratuak, itunak, hitzarmenak, dirulaguntzak eta beste tresna batzuk kontuan hartuz".
- "Zerbitzuak ekoizteko sektore pribatuarekin egindako kontratu bakoitza ebaluatzea". Horretarako ondoko puntu hauen analisia egitea proposatzen dute: kostuen konparazioa, osasun-emaitzetan izandako eragina, ekitatean eta irisgarritasunean izandako eragina, arrisku fiskalen eta kontratuko arriskuen ebaluazioa eta Osakidetzarekin pareka daitezkeen lan-baldintzak betetzea, asistentzia-kalitatearen adierazleak eta sektore publikoak nahitaez bete beharreko planak.
- Administrazioak, zerbitzu profesionalek, langileen ordezkariek eta erabiltzaileen ordezkariek osatutako "esparru bat sortzea, zerbitzuak kanpora ateratzeko behar bezala justifikatutako egoera puntualak aztertu eta onartuko dituena, osasun-sistema publikoari mugak jarri gabe".

Zuzenketa hori “topagune bat da”, “osasun sistema publikoaren etorkizunarekin konpromiso argia” erakutsi nahi baldin bada.
