PSOE is down 7.3 points in the CIS after the Cerdán case, but it narrowly wins the PP
The PSOE's estimate falls, the PP wins in direct voting intent and Vox rises to 18.3%, the best result in its history. The PNV increases its voting estimate by two tenths (0.8%) and EH Bildu drops by three tenths (0.9%).
The PSOE, which has been severely punished following the Cerdán case, has lost 7.3 points in voting estimation in the last CIS barometer, but nevertheless gets half a point out of the PP, as the popular do not socialize the direct benefit of the scandal by voting and would lose 0.8 points.
Vox is the largest rise of all political forces, consolidating third place and adding 5.7 points in a month. From July 1 to 7, in the midst of the political crisis over the imprisonment of former PSOE Secretary of Organization Antos Cerdán, 4,018 interviews have been conducted by telephone that have been taken as samples.
In the face of a hypothetical general election, the Socialists would get 27% of the vote, the PP 26.5%, Vox 18.9% and Sintre 7.8%, up 0.8 points from the June poll.
Thus, the seven-point advantage of the PSOE over the PP in the previous poll by the Sociological Research Center, the largest in the entire legislature, would now remain a narrow margin of half a point.
The alleged cases of corruption affecting the PSOE favour the direct voting intention of the PP (which the respondents say spontaneously, without the subsequent weighting of the CIS technicians), but very little wins the Socialists ; the barometer grants 18.8% to the PP and 18.3% to the PSOE.
In Vox, which has a major push, and after Sumar, which would go up 0.8, Podemoswould stay , up 0.2, with 4.4% of the votes.
ERC would also go up 0.7 points, reaching 2.1% of the votes, and Luis Pérez "Alvise" Se Acabó la Fiesta also goes up two tenths to 1.7%.
Junts is down one tenth, with an estimated 1% of the vote, EH Bildu loses three tenths and stays 0.9% , ahead of the PNV, which rises two tenths to 0.8%, of which the BNG (0.7%), CC (0.3%) and UPN (0.1%) are below .
As for the concerns of the population, "corruption and fraud" is the second problemof the respondents, and the problem ofhousing remains the primary concern.
Asked about concerns, 30 per cent of respondents speak of housing and 25.3 per cent of corruption (13.6 points in a single month), immigration (18.4 per cent) and "government and political parties" (17.8 per cent).
