Busturialdea-Urdaibai eskualdeak 303,4 milioi euroko inbertsioa jasoko du
Eskualdeko ekonomia-, gizarte- eta hiri-garapena sustatzen duten hainbat proiektu garatuko dira. Autzagane-Muxika errepidea hobetzea eta Bermeoren eta Muxikaren arteko bidegorri-sarea handitzea dira horietako batzuk.

Eusko Jaurlaritzak eta Bizkaiko Foru Aldundiak 303,4 milioi euroko inbertsio bateratua bultzatu dute Busturialdea-Urdaibai eskualdean, hainbat proiektutan.
Bizkaiko ahaldun nagusi Elixabete Etxanobek iragarri du zonalderako Eskualdeko Plan Estrategikoak 13 proiektu eragile biltzen dituela, 78,4 milioi euroko inbertsioa ekarriko dutenak, eta horiei beste 225 milioi gehitu behar zaizkie, beste proiektu estrategiko osagarri batzuetarako esleituak.
Besteak beste, Autzagane-Muxika errepidea hobetzea (11 milioi euro), Bermeo eta Muxika arteko bidegorrien sarea handitzea (23,8 milioi euro), talde kalteberei eta tokiko enplegu-planari laguntzea (3,1 milioi euro) eta etxebizitzen sustapen publikoa (milioi bat euro).
Horiez gain, honako erronka hauen berri ere eman dute: Muxikako eskualde-poligonorako sarbideak hobetzea (14 milioi euro), oinarri teknologikoko industria-proiektu berriei laguntzea (2,5 milioi euro), Bermeoko portua eraldatzea eta ekonomia urdina bultzatzea (2,5 milioi euro), Santimamiñen, Foruan, Kantera Gorrian eta euskal emigrazioaren interpretazio-zentro batean esku-hartzeak egitea (6,4 milioi euro) eta Gernikako Merkatu Plaza berriztatzea (3,5 milioi euro).
Trakzio-proiektuez gain, Bizkaiko Foru Aldundiak eta Eusko Jaurlaritzak beste jarduera estrategiko batzuk ere aurreikusi dituzte. Besteak beste, trenbidearen modernizazioa (18 milioi euro), Muxikako eskualdeko industrialde berria (12 milioi euro), hornidura-sistemaren hobekuntza (56 milioi euro), Sollubeko errepidearen hobekuntza (66 milioi euro) eta Biosfera Erreserbako ingurumena lehengoratzeko jarduerak (40 milioi euro).
