The owner of the company Servinabar is summoned at 11:00, a fortnight after testifying before the Supreme Court, when he denied before the judge that Santos Cerdán was a partner in his company.

On July 7, Alonso denied to Supreme Court Judge Leopoldo Puente that Santos Cerdán was a partner in his company.
According to him, the former PSOE Secretary of Organization signed the Servinabar membership document, but the partner never materialized, so Alonso himself is the sole administrator of the company.
