At the hearing, which will take place from 11 a.m. onwards, it is very likely that the right to declare will be exercised, as has previously been the case with others charged in the Koldo case.
In any case, political groups will be able to ask their questions, divided into 50 minutes.
On July 7, Alonso denied to Supreme Court Judge Leopoldo Puente that Santos Cerdán was a partner in his company.
According to him, the former PSOE Secretary of Organization signed the Servinabar membership document, but the partner never materialized, so Alonso himself is the sole administrator of the company.
On the other hand, Alonso confessed to the Supreme that he had donated 4,500 euros 0Fiadelso Jose to the foundation of former Minister Luis Ábalosfor tax reasons, as he had done with other institutions, including women's football and ruby teams and the NGO Save the Children.
