The President of the Government of Navarre believes that the PSOE deputy and former secretary of organization was "concerned" about infrastructure in Navarre.
The President of the Government of Navarre, María Chivite, wanted to make it clear that the process that led to the imprisonment of former PSOE deputy and secretary of organization Santos Cerdán "has nothing to do" with the award of the works of the Belate tunnels.
Asked by UPN Senator Maria Caballero about Cerdán's alleged interest in these works, the president replied that Cerdán was "concerned" about the infrastructure in Navarre.
Chivite has denied, in the Senate Committee of Inquiry into the 'Koldo case', having influenced the hiring of public works companies.
