The Supreme Court has indicted a former director of Acciona and two centuries after the latest records of the 'Koldo case'
Justo Vicente Pelegrini, Tomás Olarte and Manuel José García are charged. The investigating judge, Leopoldo Puente, has lifted the secret on the piece on which he ordered eight searches last Friday, including the headquarters of Acciona in Madrid and Bilbao and the companies Erkolan and Noran in San Sebastián.
The Supreme Court 's' Koldo case ' instructor has charged a former director of Accionaand two people who provided information to him for their alleged involvement in the plot of public works in exchange for commissions. The charges come after eight searches carried out on Friday in several companies, including Acciona.
In addition, Judge Lepoldo Puente has removed the secrecy on these entry and registration proceedings following the receipt on 11 November of a report by the Central Operational Unit (UCO) of the Civil Guard. According to the sources of the case, this report by the UCO is the patrimonial report of former PSOE Secretary of Organization Santos Cerdán , who the instructor considers to be the alleged head of the public works network.
The Magistrate specifies that certain clarifications contained in this report may "demonstrate the apparent existence ofimproper awards in certain public works ".
Puente has explained that the information collected shows the possible "involvement" of Justo Vicente Pelegrini, Tomás Olarteand Manuel José García Alconchel, so he has summoned all three as investigators on 3 December at 10:00, 11:00 and 12:00, respectively.
Pelegrini was Director of Construction of Acciona for Spain until June 16, when the company dismissed him and, after learning of the UCO's report on the "third" of the PSOE, cancelled all its contracts with Servinabar, a company linked to Cerdán and his partner Antxon Alonso.
On the other hand, Olarte and Garcia were the two people who were reporting to Pelegrini from their posts in Acciona, who are still in the company, namely Olarte Acciona is the northern head of Construction and Alconchel is the southern head.
The judge has decided to lift the partial secrecy once the searches have been carried out and the seized material ("telephone terminals and/or computer terminals") has been secured, which is no longer necessary.
