The judge of the National High Court, José Luis Calama, wants information on the accounts of the former President of the Government, José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero , his two daughters and Secretary María Gertrudis Alcazar, and has authorized the National Police Economic and Fiscal Crime Unit (UDEF) to request all information from the banks.
According to the order issued by the magistrate conducting the Plus Ultra case, since January 1, 2020, he has requested the police to move open accounts in about 10 banks .
Calama's decision comes after receiving the latest report from the UDEF, in which the police believe that there could be hundreds of thousands of euros in transfers between the various banks for the benefit of Zapatero and his relatives.
