National High Court rules out stopping migrant camp in Ceuta port
Having ordered the detention of the migrant camp at the port of Ceuta yesterday, it has finally authorized the use of this facility to provide shelter for migrants, which, according to the National High Court, must be determined by the Ministry of the Interior.

In connection with the migration crisis, preparations are continuing for a migrant camp in the port of Ceuta, after the National High Court rejected the request of the Unified Police Union (SUP).
The National High Court has decided that the Ministry of the Interior should determine the security conditions for agents and migrants.
In response to the request of the Unified Police Union (SUP) to freeze the area of land of approximately 16,000 square metres, the National High Court yesterday ordered the temporary suspension of the migrant camp being built by the Spanish Government in the port of Ceuta.
