The body was found on Sunday afternoon near several abandoned industrial pavilions. The Ertzaintza has opened an investigation to clarify what happened.

This is a 51-year-old man who has been arrested by the Ertzaintza with the cooperation of the Oñati Municipal Police.

The alleged aggressor was arrested early in the morning, and while in the custody of the Ertzaintza, he had a health problem at the police station. The Department of Safety and Security has opened an internal investigation to clarify what happened.

The attack took place in a house in Altza, where the alleged aggressor left the house but was located in the vicinity and arrested on charges of attempted murder.

The victim has been hospitalized but is not in danger; the alleged aggressor will be summoned by the Juvenile Prosecutor's Office.

The man who lived in the house has admitted that the plants belonged to him, and has therefore been arrested for a public health offence.

According to the autopsy, the body, which appeared last Sunday at Itzurun beach, showed no signs of crime. On 13 April, a relative of the woman reported her disappearance at the Eibar police station, having had no news of her since 11. 

Last Thursday, the Ertzaintza arrested a 29-year-old man in Irun after being caught manipulating machines in a gambling hall. At the time of his arrest, he was carrying more than 31,000 euros that he had stolen that day and another similar robbery the previous day in another premises in San Sebastian.

According to the first reports, the disappearance of the male was reported at the police station in Toulouse. 

The 36-year-old man, an employee of the company, was arrested yesterday morning on charges of damage. He was taken to court today.

The arrest took place in the early morning hours of Saturday by the Ertzaintza. A patrol intercepted a vehicle and found that six people were travelling inside, one in the trunk. It was subsequently ascertained that the passengers had paid money for their transfer to Irun and Paris.
