Protesta en el exterior del Parlamento vasco durante el debate de los Presupuestos de 2026, a 23 de diciembre de 2025, en Vitoria-Gasteiz, Álava, País Vasco (España). El Parlamento vasco acoge hoy el pleno para la aprobación definitiva de los Presupuestos vascos para 2026, que, dada la mayoría absoluta del Gobierno vasco, saldrán adelante con el apoyo únicamente de los socios del Ejecutivo (PNV y PSE-EE). El proyecto de Presupuestos fue aprobado el pasado 28 de octubre en consejo de Gobierno y se elevaba a 16.378 millones de euros, un 4,1% más que en 2025.

The Coordinator of NGOs in the Basque Country and a protest with Transversal Refugees have denounced on Tuesday in the Basque Parliament that the 2026 draft budget of the Basque Government opens the door to the military use of the EUR 325 million that was earmarked for industrial investment. They have explained that the government groups (PNV and PSE) have tabled an amendment to amend Article 10 of the Basque Law on Cooperation and Solidarity.
