Before Navarre (6.4%) is is in the year-on-year increase in the price of new homes. By capital, the highest average price is in Donostia-San Sebastián, then in Bilbao and finally in Vitoria-Gasteiz.

Several people have been reported, including the 181.8% increase in tourist houses in recent years (with the consequent increasein the price of public housing ).

Inés Ibáñez de Maeztu has stated that she is waiting for the measures to be taken after the Health Pact in the hope that they will improve the situation. She has also called for a "determined commitment to public policies to ensure the effectiveness of the right to housing".

The march, called a platform with neighbors, has called for a "stop to touring" because, in their view, it means that "the population goes outside San Sebastian and the environment is degraded for the benefit of the market," while denouncing that the city's housing area is in a "critical" situation.

Housing and Urban Agenda Counselor Denis Itxaso has stressed that "6,500 homes will be built in the three capitals and in major cities such as Irun, Errenteria and Barakaldo."
