The Iranian Revolutionary Guard has turned a deaf ear to Trump's threat. On Saturday, the US president gave him 48 hours to fully open the Strait of Hormuz, and if he didn't, he threatened to destroy Iranian power stations.

The Israeli Defence Minister has ordered the "immediate" destruction of all bridges over the Litani River in Lebanon. Just today the Qasmiyeh Bridge was attacked. The Israeli Army, for its part, has announced a new "wave of attacks" on the "infrastructure" of the Shia Hezbollah group in southern Lebanon.
