EAJk, PSEk, PPk eta Voxek atzera bota dute tauromakia "modu eraginkorrean indargabetzeko" Sumarrek egindako proposamena
Proposamenak Eusko Jaurlaritzaren adierazpen instituzionala eskatzen zuen, praktika hori arbuiatuz eta erakundeen sostengua baztertuz. EAJk eta PSE-EEk gaiari buruzko eztabaida eskatu dute, eta debekuaren aurka azaldu dira.
Eusko Legebiltzarrak errefusatu egin du ostegun honetan, EAJren, PSE-EEren, PPren eta Voxen kontrako botoekin, tauromakiaren aurkako jarrera zuen Batzarren legez besteko proposamen bat, hainbat arau aldatuz eta hura "indargabetzeko" bidean aurrera eginez. EH Bildu abstenitu egin da.
Suma ren ekimenak, beste neurri batzuen artean, Eusko Jaurlaritzaren adierazpen instituzional bat planteatzen zuen, tauromakia "euskal kultura garaikidearen parte ez" dela eta, beraz, "EAEko Administrazio Orokorrak eta bere sektore publikoak ez dutela aintzatetsiko edo sustatuko" jasotzen zuena. Halaber, interpretazio- eta kudeaketa-irizpideak finkatzea eskatzen zen, ikuskizun horiek babesteko, erregistratzeko, inbentariatzeko, sustatzeko edo finantzatzeko tresna autonomikoetatik kanpo uzteko.
Sumarren proposamenak kontrako 45 boto jaso ditu (EAJ, PSE-EE, PP eta Vox), 26 abstentzio (EH Bildu) eta Sumarren ordezkariaren aldeko botoa.
Proposamenaren defentsan, Jon Hernandez legebiltzarkideak adierazi duenez, "tauromakiak ez du inolako zilegitasun kultural, sozial eta etikorik XXI. mendean Euskadin, torturatutako animalia baten odolean ezin baita balio demokratikorik mantendu".
Proposamen hori bertan behera geratu da Eusko Legebiltzarrean EAJren eta PSE-EEren lege-proposamen bat eztabaidatu baino egun batzuk lehenago. Lege-proposamen horren helburua 16 urtetik beherakoentzat eta 18 hilabetetik beherako behi-aziendentzat "sustapen-jai tradizionalak" deitzen dutena arautzea da. Hernandez, oso kritiko agertu da lege-proposamen horrekin, eta nazionalistei eta sozialistei testua kentzeko eskatu die, "historiara ez pasatzeko, haurren tauromakia arautu zutenek bezala".
Xabier Barandiaranek (EAJ) k ohartarazi duenez, "ezin da errealitate ezberdin hau debekuaren bidez kudeatu". "ados" agertu da animaliei "tratamendu duina" emateko aldarrikapenarekin, baina ohartarazi du bere ekimenean planteatzen duena ez dela formula "eraginkorra".
Miren Gallastegi sozialista tauromakia "errespetatzearen" alde agertu da, "debekatu eta sustatu gabe", "ikuskizun hauetarako zaletasuna handitzen ari baita Euskadin, batez ere gazteen artean".
Itxaso Etxebarria EH Bilduko ordezkariak zezenketei buruz Euskadin erabakitzeko eskubidea aldarrikatu du al, eta EAJren eta PSE-EEren proposamenaren eztabaida gai horri buruz lasai hitz egiteko aukera izan daitekeela adierazi du.
Santiago Lopez PPko legebiltzarkidea proposamen horren aurka agertu da, "tauromakia Espainiako ondare kulturalaren eta euskal tradizioaren parte" dela defendatuz.
