Long delays in the A-8 as a result of an accident off Barakaldo
The Basque Government's Traffic Directorate has reported that the accident occurred at kilometre 123, in the sense of Donostia-San Sebastián, and has taken two vehicles.
As a result of the collision, one of the lanes is cut off and there have been delays of at least five kilometres.
The authorities have advised drivers to exercise extreme caution in the affected area and to use alternative routes as far as possible.
They said to call 011 traffic phone to get up-to-date data on the situation.
