An ertzaina on duty has tested positive for drugs after colliding the patrol car with a vehicle that has fled in Bilbao, according to the Basque Government's Department of Security.
A suspicious vehicle leaving an industrial estate in Etxebarri has ignored the instructions of the Ertzainas to stop. In the presence of the Ertzainas, the vehicle has fled and the patrol has acted recklessly until it has left the road. The patrol car has collided with the crashed vehicle.
