On Friday afternoon there have been long delays at two points in the Basque road network , as a result of two traffic accidents that are having a major impact on traffic, according to the Directorate of Traffic Trafi.
The first accident occurred on the BI-30 road at theheight of Sondika in the sense of Cruces, resulting in the cutting ofthree lanes and withholding of up to seven kilometres , as well as the extension of congestion to the BI-631 and BI-737 roads.
On the other hand, there has been a second accident atthe A-8, at theheight of Arrigorriaga , in thedirection of Cantabria . In this case, two vehicles have collided in the vicinity ofBalmasin, occupying theleft lane, resulting in delays of and up to five kilometres.
Traffic authorities have asked drivers to exercise extreme cautiontoassist in the passage of and emergency vehicles, many of which go to Galdakao Hospital.
