Initially, the closure was scheduled for Tuesday night, but the French authorities postponed the closure due to weather forecasts.
The Basque Government's Department of Security has recalled that vehicles and trucks travelling from the AP-8 in the direction of Lapurdi will have to leave Irun, continue along the N-121-A towards Baiona, enter the D810 and then the A-63 in San Juan de Luz.
The Basque Government will report this incident promptly through the information panels (PMV), trafikoa.euskadi.eus , social networks and telephone 011 (24-hour attention).
