In several localities of the Basque Autonomous Community, 35 degrees have been exceeded until 4 p.m., especially in Bizkaia, where the highest temperature has been recorded at the Sodupe-Cadagua station in Güeñes: 37.4 degrees.

According to information collected at Euskalmet weather stations, temperatures in most Basque municipalities have risen above 30 degrees this Saturday, but in some areas thermometers have risen above 35, such asGüeñes (37.4), Sopuerta (36.4), Balmaseda (36), Igorre (35.6), Sestao (35.6) and Orozko (35.2).
Gipuzkoa also recorded more than 35 degrees in Bergara (36.2), Alegia (35.7) and Arrasate (35.5), although the heat has hit the entire territory.
In Álava, the only two municipalities where thermometers have risen above 35 degrees have been Llodio (37.2) and Saratxo (35.4), but all over the territory have exceeded 30 degrees.
