Examining Court No. 4 of the Donostia-San Sebastián High Court has decided on the provisional file in the case of male assaults affecting the Bertso Eskola de Errenteria (Gipuzkoa) because there are no complaints from the Public Prosecutor's Office or any of the victims.
Sources from the High Court of Justice of the Basque Country (TSJPV) reported on Tuesday that if a complaintwere filed, proceedings could be reopened and an investigation opened in court.
