According to the Department of Safety and Security, the attack took place last Tuesday night, when this man allegedly approached the girls to kiss them.
Upon learning of the incident, the officers identified the alleged aggressor and initiated proceedings.
Azkoitia City Council has expressed its "strongest condemnation" of the sexual assault suffered by the two minors last Tuesday and has also condemned "any sexist behaviour that violates women's sexual freedom". So he called for "not accepting such behaviour at all."
