In recent days, there have been numerous protests at various points in Ceuta, including displacements to migrant camps, and the National Police has had to intervene on several occasions to prevent direct clashes.

Tension and protests have escalated in Ceuta, where a group of protesters set fire to a migrant camp on a beach this Thursday and previously prevented a Red Cross truck from entering Trampoline Beach .
Protesters have carrieda large Spanish E flag and chanted slogans such as "Ceuta is not sold, Ceuta is defending itself", "invaders, out" and other messages against the presence of migrants in the city and the management of the crisis by the Spanish Government.
In response, migrants in thearea have fled.
At one point in the protest, participants set fire to two straw umbrellas on the beach, causing a large column of smoke and moments of confusion in the area.
The tension on the beaches is in addition to the protests that have taken place in recent days at various points in Ceuta, where there have been mass rallies in front of the government delegation and migrant settlements, in which the National Police have also participated in order to avoid direct clashes.
