Pradales has delivered his first speech in the capital of Spain, at the Forum Nueva Economía, in which he stressed that Euskadi "will not accept empty competences" and called for a new vision of the state that goes beyond recentralization and political blockade.
The lehendakari, Imanol Pradales, has claimed the role of the Basque Country in Madrid as a "stability factor" in both the state and Europe.
