Koldo García,who was an adviser to the former Minister of Transport, José Luis Ábalos, has defended his innocence and stressed that he had no decision-making power in the Ministry of Transport during the pandemic. As he explained to the Supreme Court judge, the former minister ordered him to take care of the receipt of sanitary material and did so.
