Feijóo asks Sanchez once again to call elections: "You are the political link between corrupt people"
In their hearings, EH Bildu and PNV have been critical of the Spanish Government and have called on President Pedro Sánchez to make sense of the legislature.
Alberto Núñez Feijóo, PP leader, today in Congress.
The President of the Spanish Government, Pedro Sánchez , has appeared in the Lower House to discuss judicial matters affecting his relatives and the PSOE. This is the second time since the beginning of the year that he has given explanations in the case study on cases of political corruption.
After the appearance of Sanchez, one by one the spokespersons of the other political groups have taken the floor, and as expected, when it comes to the turn of the PP leader, Alberto Núñez Feijóo, the atmosphere has become completely rarefied.
Feijóo lashes out at Sanchez and accuses him of leading an "organized corruption system . "" You are the political link between corrupt people (...) You are corruption, "he says.
The popular leader, who sees the legislature as "exhausted," claims that the current political climate is "incompatible with democratic normalcy," and therefore calls for elections to be called immediately.
EH Bildu
For her part, EH Bildu's spokeswoman, Mertxe Aizpurua, has made it clear that her coalition will in no way facilitate early elections.
Having said that, he asked Sanchez to put the "paralysis situation" behind him and "face the political, judicial and media offensive orchestrated" by the PP and Vox.
He has also pointed out that "this system" that is now acting against the government " is what the PSOE built at the time." It is a political architecture built by the socialists for decades, "he said.
According to Aizpurua, the left abertzale has long since ceased to "believe in chance" when Spanish police forces and judges are among them.
PNV
For her part, the PNV spokeswoman for the Congress, Maribel Cowboy, has accused the PP of having an "obsession" with jeltzales, referring, among other things, to the information disseminated about the aid received by Tubos Reunion.
To those who are asking the PNV for explanations, Cowboy explained that his party "works for the Basque Country" "for the sustainability of industry and employment".
