Four Basque activists from the Global Sumud Flotilla arrested by Israel are returning today
The Spanish Minister for Foreign Affairs, José Manuel Albares, has announced that they will leave Israel on Monday on their way home, along with 24 other activists of Spanish nationality. On Sunday 21 activists arrived in Madrid.

The four Basque activists of the Global Sumud Flotilla detained in Israel will return today, as confirmed by the Basque People's Global Movement for Gaza. They will first be transferred to Athens, Greece, and from there to Madrid or directly to Bilbao.
The Spanish Minister for Foreign Affairs, José Manuel Albares, has also stated that of the 49 Spanish activists of nationality, 28 (the remaining 21 returned on Sunday) will leave Israel today.
The head of Spanish diplomacy, interviewed on Catalunya Radio, has explained that he has already spoken to the families to inform them that, "unless last-minute changes", they will leave Israel today.
Of the 49 activists of Spanish nationality, 21 arrived only yesterday and on arrival have been reportedto have been "mistreated" by Israel.
