Supreme Court confirms 25 years' imprisonment for Nelson David Moreno for murder, theft and fraud
The High Court of Bizkaia and subsequently the High Court of Justice of the Basque Country found Nelson David Moreno guilty and today, Monday, the Supreme Court dismissed the appeal of cassation filed by the defendant's defence against the judgement.
The Criminal Division of the Supreme Court has upheld the sentence of 25 and a half years' imprisonment\u00A0 for Nelson David Moreno, accused of killing a 73-year-old man in Bilbao in October 2021.

As we said, the murder took place on October 17, 2021 in the Byzantine capital, and he learned about the victim through an app to get to know gay people.\u00He stayed with A0H, and once they were at the man's house, he stole 3,000 euros from him, minutes after his death.
Following this latest ruling, Nelson David Moreno has received his fourth conviction , and he still has a long legal process ahead of him, because during one of the trials, one of the police officers who is a witness stated that the group working on the investigation links Nelson David Moreno to seven murders of gay men.

After two days of deliberation, the popular jury unanimously found Nelson David Moreno guilty of murder for a continuingcomputer fraud.
Other punishments
In his first trial, he was sentenced to 10 years for attempting to kill a man he met through a gay relationship app in December 2021.
In the second, he was sentenced to two years and three months in prison for economic crimes and murder.
In his third trial, he was sentenced to 25 years in prison for the murder of a 43-year-old music teacher in October 2021.
He's got two more trials in the fall, because he's charged withtwo more murders, but anyway, investigators are linking him to seven deaths, so Nelson David Moreno's legal proceedings have only just begun.
