BetiON will send voice notices in exceptional situations
The Basque Public Tele-Assistance Service, betiON, will send voice messages to users informing them of unusual situations such as a heat wave, a fire or a toxic spill near their homes. The initiative has been presented by the Counsellor for Welfare, Youth and Democratic Challenge of the Basque Government, Nerea Melgosa.
