Amongthe activities related to the exhibition Carne y Arena , by Alejandro González Iñárritu, there will be a special appointment onMonday, May 11, as Gonzalez Iñárritu will offer a lecture in the BBK room, dynamized by Rosabel Argote and Ricardo Conde.
Carne and Arena immersion experience, the virtual reality work of Alejandro González Iñárritu, has been on EITB's 5th set since March 16.
The work is based on real experiences and testimonies of migrants and refugees on the border with Mexico and the United States, an experience that includes a 6-and-a-half minute virtual reality show where the visitor doesn't see migration, "it goes through."
In addition to Monday's conference, during the months in which the exhibition is displayed, meetings, debates and spaces for reflection have been organized, some of which coincide with important dates such as , 21 May, World Cultural Diversity Day, and 20 June, World Refugee Day, for example.
