The Court of Appeal of Bilbao shall order the opposition of the UPV/EHU to the provisional measures and, where appropriate, the Education Administration competent for their immediate effectiveness.

The rector of the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU), Joxe Ramón Bengoetxea, has stated that the precautionary measures taken in favour of the students who appealed for the Basque examination are a headache for the university.  "We are looking for a formula that is not a privilege for the students who have appealed", he said.

Several administrative courts in Bilbao have considered the appeals filed by several families of young people who obtained zero and will send a letter to the UPV/EHU not to take into account the zeros obtained in the Euskera exam on average.  Tomorrow the pre-enrollment deadline opens.

The University and Education Counselors are meeting this afternoon with Joxerramon Bengoetxea.

At midnight the deadline for applying for the review of the university entrance test expired and the final grades 22 will be published.

Dozens of students disagree with the results of the USaP Euskera exam and, together with teachers, have today called outside the Faculty of Engineering in Bilbao for a solution to the situation.

The university's warning comes after the computer failure that put dozens of students at zero on the Euskera exam. Despite the university's statement that it corrected the error, the situation has caused concern among the students and families concerned, who this morning concentrated in front of the Faculty of Engineering in San Mamés.

The General Secretary of the Basque PP, Esther Martinez, has announced that her party will ask for explanations for the number of zero in the Basque language exams in the USaP, most of which have been held by students from concerted schools, model A and some courts.

Nearly 4,000 students have joined the UPV/EHU's grand graduation ceremony, with Nøgen, Janus Lester, Maialen Lujanbio and Amets Arzallus on stage.

The biggest restrictions will be from 8:00, when several streets and the bridges of La Salve and Deusto will be closed.

For the first time, more than 4,000 graduate and postgraduate students who complete their studies at the public university of the Basque Country will meet in a single event, which will begin at 6.30 p.m. and will include groups such as Nogen and Janus Lester and bertsolaris such as Maialen Lujanbio and Amets Arzallus.

The error occurred in a court in Bizkaia and the notes were misrated as not presented with a "0". The university detected the error, reviewed the minutes and introduced the actual notes into the system and notified the relevant centres.

For the first time, the UPV will hold a joint graduation ceremony this Friday in San Mamés, which will be threatened by music groups Nøgen and Janus Lester and bertsolaris Maialen Lujanbio and Amets Arzallus.

Failure to obtain the minimum grade to enter the desired career does not close all doors, and waiting lists, similar grades, and vocational training may be useful options. Counsellors at the UPV, Baccalaureate, and Vocational Training have pointed out that students have alternative ways to enter the desired career.

The programme, which was presented this Monday, will begin on 30 June and offer 133 training cycles and 29 workshops.
