Three main scenarios have been opened: the first will affect those who have applied for an extension and have already accepted it: will these extensions remain valid? The second will focus on tenants who have requested an extension but have not yet received an answer: are they protected or are they entering a legal vacuum?

Between the first quarter of last year and the first quarter of this year, the number of unemployed increased by 6,700 in the ACV (8.08%) and 5,800 in Navarre. The number of employed persons also increased in the Basque Country (7,700 more) and fell in Navarre (1,300 less).

The Basque Country has reduced its foreign trade sales by 5.9% in February and Navarre by 7.7% in annual cumulative, while the trade balance remains positive in both territories.
